Fire prevention and fighting license (also known as Fire Prevention and Fighting Design Approval Certificate) is a legal document proving that the issued subject has met fire prevention and fighting conditions according to regulations.
This is a type of License that is regulated as one of the mandatory conditions when the investor carries out administrative procedures related to applying for a Construction Permit.
Applying for fire protection approval of a project or construction is similar to applying for a construction permit. Approval of fire protection design needs to be done when the Investor submits the fire protection design to the state agency managing fire prevention and fighting. To evaluate and review the technical specifications of the fire safety design for approval. Sometimes additional changes are needed to comply with regulations and safety for the fire protection system of that building.
Applying for fire protection approval is done in two stages:
Basic design phase: Please provide comments on fire prevention and fighting for basic design documents
Technical design stage: Apply for a Fire Prevention Design Approval Certificate
